I am currently studying the role of temperature on Anolis apletophallus physiology, behavior and gene expression. I am interested in testing the extent and reversibility of their plasticity in response to acute and chronic increased temperatures through experiments and mesocosms, and how these traits alter their evolutionary trajectories in situ and on transplanted islands in the Panama Canal.
